These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Straza scheduling and alert platform and the strategosintl.com website operated by Strategos International, LLC ("Strategos," "we," "us").

USE OF SERVICES
The Straza platform is provided to protective services personnel and client organizations for scheduling, dispatch, and alert communication. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and use the platform only for its intended purpose.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program description: Strategos International sends SMS text messages through the Straza platform to notify enrolled protective staff of open shifts, assignment offers, schedule changes, and operational alerts.
​
Opt-in: You consent to receive program messages when you enroll in the Straza platform and provide your mobile number, either directly or through your employing organization, and confirm your consent during account setup. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
​
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week during active scheduling periods.
​
Message and data rates may apply.
​
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, contact your director or re-enable SMS alerts in your account settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
​
Privacy: Information obtained as part of the SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.strategosintl.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

ACCOUNTS AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting your director or our support team.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The platform is provided "as is." While we work to keep alerts timely and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
