2 ½ Core Value Index (CVI) Foundational E-learning Course

Getting the right people to do the right thing at the right time, in the right way, and for the right reason. We will tell you what it takes decades to learn about a person, in 7-9 minutes, measuring the part of them that doesn’t change and can’t be faked This 2 ½ hr. E-learning foundational course on the “Core Value Index” model will provide the foundation for the following: Understand how fellow team members are hardwired provide better understanding on how to communicate with them Provide alignment with how a person is hardwired to the position that you are asking that team member fo fulfill De-personalize potential conflict areas between team members based on their understanding how each person is hardwired Using the most reliable psychometrics assessments available, we exist to help you: Find what’s hidden – in people where untapped potential can be unleashed Free what’s stuck – in situations where limiting factors can be removed Fix what’s broken – in crisis where unspeakable damage can be prevented We’ve all seen them: personality tests designed to make us more self-aware: “You are an E, S, T, J” or a “lion vs otter” and a “Wing 3w2”- descriptions that end up in a drawer. Then there’s the alluring social media surveys that tell us what Disney character we resemble or whether we would be chosen for Gryffindor or Slytherin: tools that trick us into giving away details about ourselves to those who want to market to us online. While there is nothing wrong with gauging our personalities, they change. Depending on our station in life, what mood we are in, what we ate for breakfast, and whether we are at odds with someone relationally, our results can differ drastically from week to week. At Hardwired Coaching, we are interested in measuring what no one else is measuring: that part of you that doesn’t change and can’t be faked. We are after your hardwiring. We believe that everyone on earth was put here with a unique capacity to make a positive difference in the world, for the good of others. We also believe that capacity is largely untapped, least understood, poorly stewarded, and in many cases, severely warped. In a world flooded with labor-intensive and unreliable assessment tools, which change 20-40% within weeks, and with 76% of individuals in the workforce admitting they are unfulfilled in their present role, we believe it’s time to bring the latest advancements in psychometric analysis to the tactical world, the boardroom, the sports arena, the counseling desk, your local church, or even into your home. We will help you measure what no one else is measuring, so you can do what you were made to do. Let’s face it, you are taking a risk on anyone you entrust with responsibility. Most of the time, we are guessing at who they are and what they bring based on the persona they project and the testimony of a few of their best friends, but likability and personality can only get someone so far. It’s not until they roll up their sleeves and get to work that you find out whether you were right or wrong, a potentially costly mistake. At Hardwired Coaching, we can tell what capacity someone has, how much, and to what degree… in seven minutes. Looking to put the right people in the right spot? We can help you identify, align, and focus training on the people that give you the greatest advantage of success, in the following areas:

Fear is the result of not having a solution to a problem.
prevail-image.jpg
Fear is often misunderstood

Fear is the result of not having a solution to a problem. An active shooter or armed intruder situation is something few of us have prepared for. It is that lack of preparation that raises anxiety—and fear.

Proper training empowers people and reduces fear.

Training INCREASES our ability to take appropriate action. It gives us a greater sense of preparedness, which will help with anxiety and stress during an actual event.

Why the acclaimed 3 OUT approach taught in PREVAIL!™ is considered far superior to other training
Easy To Understand

In a moment of stress it is important to be able to easily recall the strategies needed. The 3 OUT model is easy to remember giving you and your team an even better chance to PREVAIL!.

Utilizes Gross Motor Skills

Under stress one of the first things we lose is fine motor skills. The 3 OUT approach utilizes gross motor skills making it easy for anyone to perform these life-saving techniques in even the most stressful conditions.

Proactive Not Reactive

Your team will learn what to do BEFORE the threat gets to them, minimizing contact and further increasing your chance of prevailing. Having a plan is essential.

Principle Based

The 3 OUT approach is a principle-based non-linear model. Your OUT depends on your location to the threat.

Teaches Overcoming Normalcy Bias

A key component to prevailing in a situation is your ability to overcome normalcy bias. The 3-OUT approach teaches you how to get past what you see and trust other inputs. PREVAIL! does NOT reinforce natural instincts.

Changes Your Mindset

PREVAIL! and the 3 OUT approach changes your mindset from just surviving to PREVAILING. Surviving is defensive. Prevailing is about taking proactive action!

This is what you get inside of your PREVAIL!™ Training.
  • The PREVAIL!™ Video

This dramatic video sets the stage for the session by engaging participants emotionally as they watch an active shooter event unfold in a workplace.

  • Preparing to PREVAIL!™

This module discusses the key points in an active shooter event and addresses the topic of normalcy bias. Your understanding of normalcy bias and how to avoid it is critical to you prevailing in an active shooter situation.

  • PREVAIL!™ The Three Out Model

Here you will learn in detail about the 3-OUT Approach. GET OUT, LOCK OUT and TAKE OUT are each discussed and examples of techniques are explained.

    Get OUT

Your best option may be to put distance between you and the attacker. If able, move quickly to one of your escape routes, leaving your belongings behind.

    Lock OUT

LOCK OUT means keeping the intruder outside your building or work area. Never be satisfied with a locked door. Lock, layer, reinforce and turn off lights and devices. If you are with a group, quietly discuss what you will do if the attacker enters your area.

    Take OUT

If you are in imminent danger and unable to LOCK OUT or GET OUT, attempt to disrupt or incapacitate the attacker. Act as aggressively as possible against the attacker, using improvised weapons and yelling and throwing things. Commit to your actions.

  • PREVAIL!™ Understanding the Adversary

The program then discusses the psychology of the intruder/shooter in PREVAIL!: Understanding the Adversary™

  • Post Assessment

At the end of the training each attendee will take an online interactive assessment to test their comprehension of the material presented. All scores are recorded in the system and are able to be viewed by managers to make sure each team member has successfully completed the training.
