His distinguished career in Missouri's educational landscape has earned him national recognition as a leader committed to both excellence and safety.
A three-time recipient of the Missouri Principals Association Principal of the Year award, Tracy has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build thriving school communities and inspire those around him. He has also been honored with the Walsworth Consummate Professional Award, a testament to his dedication and integrity throughout his career.
Tracy holds dual credentials in school safety, serving as both a Missouri CES/MOSBA Certified Safety Coordinator and a Strategos International Safety Specialist — reflecting his deep commitment to creating secure learning environments for students and staff alike. His expertise extends into leadership development as well, having served as an MLDS Leadership Mentor through the Missouri Department of Secondary Education and earned certification as a Leadership Specialist through the Positive Coaching Institute at the University of Missouri.
