Todd Burke

Todd Burke joined the Strategos team in 2004 and he manages the firearms, less-lethal, and tactical medical divisions for Strategos. He has served for more than 40 years as a police officer, firefighter, and paramedic in both career and volunteer capacities as a line officer, field training officer, supervisor, and chief officer. He holds a wide variety of certifications and instructor’s credentials, he is a Certified Police Specialist and Generalist Instructor with the Missouri Department of Public Safety, he has had numerous articles published in professional journals, and he has offered expert witness testimony in high-profile felony and capital crime prosecutions. Todd has directed the 75-hour Tactical EMS School since 1993, one of the longest running accredited programs of its kind founded in 1987. Todd created and gained approval to stand up his churches’ life safety ministry team in 2012 and he continues to direct and lead that ministry while also serving as an elder for his Mid-Missouri church.
