
Roger Moore
Senior Lead Instructor
Roger Moore (co-founder of Peacekeepers Training) brings more than thirty years of law enforcement leadership and instructor development to Strategos. He leads curriculum design and program management for Strategos Peacekeepers Training and coordinates continuing education for the instructor cadre. He also serves as a Commissioned Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Laclede County Sheriff's Office.
Before joining Strategos, Roger was Director of Public Safety at Evangel University, where he ran a 24-hour armed security staff and rebuilt the university's emergency operations and threat assessment programs. Earlier, he held command-level roles with the Springfield Police Department, including Training Section Commander, Academy Director, and Uniformed Operations Section Commander. He has been affiliated with the Drury University Law Enforcement Academy since 1996, serving as both Academy Director and adjunct instructor.
Roger holds a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Drury University and a Master's in Criminal Justice/Sociology from Lincoln University. He is a Missouri POST Generalist Instructor, a former POST Subject Matter Expert in Defensive Tactics and Use of Force, and a multiple-time Rangemaster "Top Gun" recipient. His instructor certifications span defensive tactics, firearms, chemical munitions, ground fighting, and red dot pistol systems.
