Mark Warren

Mark Warren is the former co-founder of Strategos and continues to serve as an active consultant on Strategos projects. He is a former law enforcement officer who served in multiple jurisdictions, including the Blue Springs, Missouri Police Department, where he concluded his career with the rank of Sergeant. During his law enforcement career, he also worked as an undercover officer with the Jackson County Drug Task Force.

Prior to entering civilian law enforcement, Mark served in the United States Army as a Military Police officer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands of students through Strategos, the Surefire Institute, and the Western Missouri Public Safety Institute, equipping professionals with practical skills grounded in real-world experience.
