Brian Wright

Brian Wright is a distinguished educational leader, security trainer, and ministry servant with more than three decades of experience dedicated to protecting, educating, and developing people. With a Doctorate of Education from Illinois State University, Brian has built a distinguished career grounded in leadership, service, and faith.

Brian served in public education for 33 years, including 18 years as principal, where his most important role was to create a safe and secure environment for more than 2400 students and staff of Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School in Illinois. Prior to his administrative role, he earned a reputation for strong leadership, student advocacy, and organizational and instructional excellence within the classroom.

Beyond the school setting, Brian has become a recognized leader in safety and security training. As a Regional Account Executive for the Eastern Midwest, he serves as a national trainer specializing in Active Shooter/Intruder Response for schools and Intruder Awareness and Response for Church Personnel. His expertise is supported by his extensive tactical and firearms training from nationally respected organizations and instructors.

Brian currently serves as the Coordinator of Security at Bethel Church, a multi-campus church located in Northwest Indiana, where he works closely with church leadership and law enforcement professionals to develop comprehensive safety protocols and emergency response teams. He has successfully recruited and trained volunteers to strengthen church security readiness while fostering a culture of ministerial service and preparedness.
