
Allison Verman
Master Instructor
Allison Verman brings over 25 years of law enforcement experience and a deep commitment to protecting others into her role with Strategos International. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Washburn University and began her career with the Jackson County, Missouri Sheriff’s Department before serving 18 years with the Independence Police Department.
Throughout her distinguished career, Allison held a variety of impactful roles, including community-based bicycle officer, patrol officer, Missouri P.O.S.T. Generalist Instructor, School Resource Officer, and D.A.R.E. Instructor, where she also mentored others within the Missouri D.A.R.E. program. She concluded her law enforcement service in Investigations, assigned to the Special Victims Unit, where her work focused on pursuing justice in cases involving crimes against children.
Since joining Strategos International in 2019, Allison has continued her mission of protection and preparedness through operational and training roles. She has supported surveillance operations, dignitary protection, and site security details, while also serving as a lead instructor for Workplace Violence/Intruder Response and Active Shooter/Intruder Response training programs for schools. Since 2023, she has expanded her impact by teaching ASIRT Instructor Courses, equipping others to train and lead in high-risk environments.
Allison’s career reflects a consistent dedication to service, leadership, and the protection of others through both action and education.
