Part 1 in our video series, “7 Questions (and Answers!) About Church Security”

Churches around the world are grappling with how to create a secure environment while maintaining their community-minded mission. Barry Young, vice president of operations for Strategos International, addresses this problem. It’s the first in our series, “7 Questions (and Answers!) About Church Security.” In this vignette, Barry explains how volunteers can be trained to be welcoming and security-minded at the same time. Both traits actually complement one another. The good news is churches don’t have to compromise their mission in order to protect their flocks. They do, however, need to become trained and equipped to be the best possible caretakers of the people entrusted to them. Questions? Want to schedule a training? Contact us.
