Steve Decker
Adjunct Instructor

Mr. Decker has been a police officer of 17 years and currently a Sergeant with the Blue Springs, MO. Police Department assigned to Patrol Division. He has been the Assistant Team Leader and Pointman for the Special Tactical Assistance Team for 12 years. He is the lead Use of Force and Defensive Tactics Instructor for our department and also the Western Missouri Regional Police Academy where he also instructs Officer Survival, SWAT Tactics and Patrol Tactics.

Mr. Decker has received numerous awards and selected the 1997 Missouri P.O.S.T. Instructor of the Year. He has conducted training to municipal, state and federal officers from around the world as well as military professionals.
