Mr. Bertrand is currently serving as a Person's Crime Detective in the city of Sioux City, IA. He is presently a member of the SWAT team and Department Defensive Tactics Instructor.
His background includes service in the United States Marines Corps (Amphibious Assault) with operational experience in Mogadishu, Somalia (Operation Restore Hope).
He comes from wrestling/grappling background, and has been involved in ground fighting and combative work for the past 15 years.
