Robert
L. Conard
Officer
Conard is a twelve year veteran of law enforcement and currently
serves with the Lee’s Summit, Mo. Police Department, where
he is assigned as a school resource officer in the Juvenile Investigations
Unit. While at the department, he has also been a member of the
patrol and traffic units. Officer Conard is a department firearms
instructor, a drug recognition expert instructor, as well as a member
of the honor guard and a NASRO Practitioner.
