Frank
Borelli
Adjunct Instructor
Mr. Borelli is the lead instructor
for Strategos International's newly released course of instruction
addressing the realities of the Use of Force in the Law Enforcement
environment.
This course features a proprietary Force Sector Model that addresses many deficiencies
embedded in traditional Force Continuums adopted by most U.S. law enforcement
agencies.

Mr.
Borelli started his law enforcement career as a Military
Policeman in 1982. His years of mili-tary service experience
include assignments as an MP, light infantryman and combat
engineer. With fifteen years in civilian law enforcement
(CLE) Frank has performed police duties spanning patrol,
investigations, special assignments and training. Having
served as his agency’s senior training officer for
seven years, he continues to serve numerous municipalities
as their primary Firearms and Use of Force instructor. A
police instructor since 1989, he has been a guest in-structor
at various academies and/or training facilities. Frank has
trained military, law enforce-
ment and security personnel at the federal, state and local levels on various
operational tactics. Currently he is working with the United States Army as
well as numerous National Guard and
CLE units on an initiative to integrate, where practical, military and law
enforcement training, particularly where the operations occur in urban terrain.
Outside of
the “normal” police and military training and experience,
Frank is also PADI certified
as a Rescue Diver and Maryland State certified as a Firefighter. Frank’s
background includes five years of volunteer firefighting service, with the
majority of those years coinciding with his scuba diving experience.
Frank is a
regular contributor to law enforcement periodicals such as LAW & ORDER,
Police & Security News, and the ASLET TRAINER.
