Charles Dayton Greatsinger
Firearms Instructor
Mr. Greatsinger has military experience with the USMC and a Gulf War veteran. From there Mr. Greatsinger became a police officer for the state of Missouri.
Mr. Greatsinger then returned to Iraq as a member of DynCorp International and was responsible for a wide variety of tasking including but not limited to:
- Team Leader responsible for four IPLOs and two local national interpreters
- Responsible for curriculum development, generating lesson plans, and delivery of instruction
- Planned and conducted high risk convoys as Team Leader/ Shift Leader while mentoring Iraqi Special Police in the field

- Lead Defensive Tactics (DT) Instructor responsible for development and delivery of DT program
- Close Quarters Tactics (CQT/ entry) Instructor
- Urban Operations (small unit infantry tactics in urban terrain) Instructor
- High risk convoy operations team member
- Expatriate contractor firearms instruction (pistol)
- Assist with readiness of Force Protection personnel
In May of 2006, Mr. Greatsinger was employed with BLP International
Training Consultant/ Shift Leader. National Police Training Academy, Numaniyah, Iraq
- Responsible for training Iraqi National Police personnel
- Shift Supervisor for 20 expatriate Training Consultants, 22 Iraqi local national interpreters, and seven Iraqi local national instructors
- Liaison between the Program Manager, Training Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, expatriate training staff, local national training/ interpreter staff, and Iraqi cadets
- Receive and resolve cadet, and training staff complaints
- Specially selected member of Quick Reaction Force (QRF) responsible for sight security/ defense, cadet disturbances, response to critical incidents, and visiting dignitary protection
- Operational Support Team/Team Member, Baghdad Iraq
