Force-on-Force Instructors Management Course Description:
The Strategos
International name has long been synonymous with quality training that
includes a large amount of force-on-force training. Over the years we
have developed our “style” of training that allows us to provide
the important learning opportunity needed by students during proper force-on-force
scenarios and drills. We pride ourselves on conducting safe, fundamentally
sound training opportunities that is videotaped to allow the student to
critique their own performance.
This course has been requested and is designed to prepare an instructor
to properly manage a force-on-force training program; from starting a
program from the ground up to improving an existing program within your
department. We will examine the various training platforms, i.e., Airsoft,
Paintball, Simunitions®, RAM and how they can be effectively used
in training. We will demonstrate the difference in scenario based training
as opposed to drilling and the advantage of each method to reach goals
and objectives of your training programs. The students will design, participate
and run various training evolutions under the supervision of a Strategos
Instructor.
