I
spoke to all my guys at the conclu-sion of the ballistic shield
training, nothing but positive feedback. A few guys told me
it was the best training they ever had. Dectective Segreti
was a great teacher and all the guys enjoyed training with
him."

I wanted to take a moment to tell you and
your staff about the recent inci-dent I was involved in. I
wanted to say thanks for your quality training as it proved
to be beneficial in the experience. This incident reinforced
the attitudes displayed by you and other staff. The force
on force trai-ning I went through in the Active Shooter Instructor
Course forced me to push the envelope so I could see and be
aware of my personal limita-tions. I took the information
back to my department and did the same with our team members
and Officers. A co-worker and fellow tactical team mem-ber
went to your low light instructor and did the same. We always
train for the worst but hope and pray for the best. “Before
the warrior can face the enemy, the warrior must face himself”
